Thermal Conductive Filler Surface Modifier
This product series is a functional silicone fluid with an asymmetrical structure, featuring a hydrophobic butyl group at one end, a highly reactive trimethoxysilyl group at the other, and a flexible dimethylsiloxane segment in between. This unique architecture imparts amphiphilicity, interfacial activity, and controllable reactivity, making it widely applicable in the surface treatment of inorganic fillers and as a plasticizer in silicone rubber systems.
