Silicone Heat Resistance Additive
This product is a reaction complex of lanthanide metal compounds and polysiloxanes, exhibiting excellent compatibility with various silicone materials. It is widely used to enhance the thermal resistance of silicone products. The mechanism involves multivalent transition metal compounds capturing free radicals generated during oxidation, thereby terminating the oxidation process and improving the operating temperature and lifespan of silicone rubber under high-temperature, oxygen-rich environments.
