Addition-Cure Silicone Tackifier
This product series consists of oligomers or small molecules containing C=C or Si–H groups along with polar functional groups such as epoxy, ester, or hydroxyl groups. The adhesion-enhancing mechanism involves the grafting of C=C or Si–H groups onto silicone molecular chains via hydrosilylation reactions, while the polar functional groups interact strongly with the substrate. This dual functionality significantly improves the bonding strength between the adhesive and the substrate.
